Roel during a conversation he had with one of his closest confidants, he said, “When the fire in Peralta happened, it was when I discovered who my real friends were.” His church temporarily finds shelter in P.U.P.

Roel’s dedication, hard work, and diligence, many churches in Cagayan Valley were formed and established. Esteemed churches like San Pablo Church, Ramon Church, Salay Church along with Carulay Church were products of his ministry.
